This is a Medium Roast, 100% Arabica coffee with serious personality: it hits you with a brilliant combination of bright citrus and sweet red berries, rounded out by luxurious notes of caramel and chocolate.

Ethics & Origin: Huila’s Snow Queen

Our whole speciality coffee beans are sourced from the Huila region in the Southern Colombian highlands - place of iconic volcanoes and stunning mountains. These beans come from small-holder organic farmers, responsibly sourced, and ensure fair pay for local growers who dedicate themselves to quality and sustainability.

This coffee embodies the region's spirit, named Dulima (or “Snow Queen”) by the native Pijaos people after the mighty Tolima volcano. Grown high on the volcanic slopes, between 1,500 and 2,300 metres, the unique volcanic soil imparts that incredibly bright acidity and balanced sweetness Huila coffees are famous for. With each cup, you’re tasting the true essence of Colombia’s historic coffee heartland, backed by ethical production focused on prosperity and community growth for all involved.
