UK Delivery

All UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre using tracked postal services.

• Standard Shipping (Orders under £100): £5.99 (2–4 working days)
• Standard Shipping (Orders over £100): FREE (2–4 working days)
• Express Shipping: £7.99 (1–2 working days; order by 2pm for next-working-day dispatch)

European Union (EU) Delivery & Fulfilment Hub

To ensure fast delivery and a seamless shopping experience across Europe, all EU orders are dispatched directly from our local fulfilment hub in the Netherlands.

• No Hidden Fees or Customs Delays: Because your order ships from inside the EU, all taxes and duties are fully covered - you will never face surprise import fees or customs holds upon delivery.
• GPSR Safety & Sustainability Standard: All Weirdstock products meet strict EU GPSR regulations and are crafted using certified organic cotton (GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified) to guarantee they are free from harmful substances.

To view and purchase stock fulfilled from our Netherlands hub, please ensure you are browsing from an EU country with your store location set to the EU.

EU Delivery Rates & Speeds:

• Standard Shipping (Orders under €150): €4.99 (2–4 working days)
• Standard Shipping (Orders €150 – €280): €6.99 (2–4 working days)
• Standard Shipping (Orders over €280): FREE (2–4 working days)
• Express Shipping: €11.00 (1–2 working days)

USA & Rest of World

We offer worldwide delivery to selected international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on order value, destination, and package weight.

• USA: Due to US customs regulations, all shipments to the USA are subject to import tariffs regardless of order value. These duties are determined by local customs authorities and are payable by the customer.
• Canada, Australia & New Zealand: Local import duties are covered up to standard regional thresholds (e.g. $800 CAD, $1,000 AUD, NZ$1,000). Any customs charges incurred above these thresholds remain the responsibility of the recipient.
• Rest of World: Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to local import tariffs, customs duties, or taxes set by the destination country upon arrival.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Dispatch Schedule: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our UK or Netherlands warehouse, you will receive an automated dispatch email with your tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your pieces, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we offer a straightforward process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your package.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all product tags intact.
• Sample Sale Items: All sample sale, archived, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Request Your Return: To initiate a return, simply contact info@weirdstock.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. Send Your Items Back:

UK Returns: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat rate of £4.50 will be deducted from your final refund to cover return postage.

EU Returns: EU returns can be sent directly to our Netherlands hub using a prepaid return label (or local tracked postal service). A flat rate of €6.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover EU return handling.

Rest of World Returns: International returns outside the UK and EU must be arranged and paid for by the customer using a tracked shipping service.

Refund & Exchange Processing

Once your return arrives at our UK fulfilment centre or Netherlands hub and passes quality inspection:

• Refunds: Processed within 3 working days of arrival. Funds will return to your original payment method within 14 days (depending on your card issuer).
• Exchanges: Replacement items are dispatched within 2 working days (subject to stock availability).
• Store Credit: If chosen, a digital gift voucher will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.
